Our scheme provides cover to the following types of engineers with fee income less than £2M. For engineers with fee income more than £2M, we need to provide insurers with a more detailed application, which can be done on request. Our scheme covers the following engineering disciplines:
Our quote system will only ask questions that insurers need to provide a quote. We don’t ask questions for demographic reasons and no personal information is required until after you proceed to the application stage.
The premiums for each policy we provide will be quoted separately by us for your ease.
The premiums quoted will be based upon limits of indemnity/sums insured displayed in each product section. In cases where insurers can provide alternate limits of indemnity/sums insured, you will be able to choose an alternate limit of indemnity and our system will re-quote that policies premium for the alternate limit of indemnity/sum insured.
Once you have decided to buy cover from us, you will move through to the application stage where our system will ask you various details that we need to know, be able to confirm cover to you. This will include details about you as our client, plus information on your business. If the answers meet with insurer's satisfaction, cover can be placed immediately and if you choose to pay by credit card or premium funding, we can supply you with your Schedules of Insurance immediately. If you choose to pay your premium by bank transfer (BACS), then your Schedules of Insurance will be released once payment has been received by us.
The entire process from obtaining a quote to downloading your documents can take less than ten (10) minutes if you have all the information needed to quote and apply.
